Very disappointing service.
Hiba’s Collection has a contract with PostEx, but my parcel was handled very poorly. From 9th to 13th, the parcel was unnecessarily moved back and forth between the Lahore transit hub and Lahore office.
On 14th at 8:00 AM, it was dispatched for Moro, a journey that normally takes a maximum of 16 hours. It should have reached by 12:00 AM on 15th, but it did not arrive.
Due to this poor service, I believe Hiba’s Collection should end their contract with such a courier company. I am giving one star because my parcel has still not been delivered, so I cannot comment on the product quality.
