How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered across Pakistan in 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Public holidays, weather or courier delays can occasionally add a day or two.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Unopened, unused products (including sale items) can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Email info@hibascollection.com before sending anything back. We offer exchanges, not refunds. See how exchanges work.
