Exchanges onlyWe don't offer cash refunds on orders in Pakistan.

How to exchange

Four simple steps

Email us first
Email info@hibascollection.com within 7 days with your order number, the item and the reason. Add a photo if it arrived damaged or wrong.
Wait for approval
We'll reply with instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent without approval can't be accepted.
Send the item back
Pack it in its original packaging. For damaged, defective or wrong items we cover return shipping; for change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is paid by you.
Receive your exchange
Once we receive and check the item, we'll send your replacement.
